I refuse to go another pant size larger so here is the deal. A small group of us have put together a ‘get fit’ program called “RUN TO WIN.” If you are interested in doing something besides sitting behind your desk and eating meals and snacks, this is for you. Every day you will receive a text from a talented track and cross country coach for one of three groups. Group A) “I haven’t been off the couch in two years but am willing to try something. Group B) “I kind of like to exercise but don’t really know what I’m doing.” Group C) I’m a pretty good runner but would like to try a marathon.
